Nestled amidst the tranquil beauty of Back Bay, Jenny Doll Ambrose finds her muse in the sprawling landscapes and diverse wildlife of coastal Virginia.  As the founder of “HeART of Back Bay”, her intimate home studio, Jenny channels her passion for art into vibrant creations that celebrate the essence of nature and the beauty of life. Her artwork reflects the rhythm of the seasons, the majesty of wildlife and the serenity of the shoreline.  Each brushstroke is infused with passion and reverence, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the beauty of the world around them.

With a background as a firefighter and critical care physician assistant, Jenny’s journey to becoming an artist is as dynamic as her brushstrokes.  Her experiences have not only shaped her artistic vision but also instilled in her a deep reverence for life and the natural world.

At home in Pungo, where she resides with her husband and three sons, Jenny finds solace in the simplicity of coastal country living.  Amidst the marshes and waterways, she finds endless inspiration for her art, weaving together elements of the natural world with a touch of her own imagination.
